Returns
We do not offer returns for food safety reasons. Please see our refunds policy for eligible orders.
Refunds and Replacements
We offer replacements, full or partial refunds based on the nature of the negative purchase experience. We create a replacement order or offer full refund (minus shipping) when your orders is lost in the mail or that you have received a wrong item. Partial refunds are applicable when you receive a damaged box or contents. We appreciate that our snacks may not appeal to all. For this, we are unfortunately unable to process any refunds if the receiver does not like the contents. In any case, we are doing our best to make things right and we may diverge from our policy in favor of our customers.
If you want to apply for a refund please email us at info@turkishmunchies.com. We will notify you of the status of your refund request within few business days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
